Am I the only one who falls behind on my follow ups? But when you're trying to get caught up, you want to be strategic and focus.
On the Dashboard, you can see follow ups that are due today or past due, but you can't sort them by date or filter them at all (lead source, etc).
And on the Contacts page you can't see the scheduled follow up date except by opening up the individual record.
It would be great if, in one of those locations, you could sort/filter by the follow up date, follow up method (email vs phone etc.), Lead source, status, and it would be great if you could apply multiple filters at the same time.
